Mustard Pot Cottage deep in the north Suffolk countryside and yet a stone's throw from the pretty town of Eye.

This lovely location on the Norfolk/Suffolk border is only 7 minutes from Diss railway station with a direct train link hourly to London. The cottage is just south of the Waveney valley which is a wonderful area to explore with walks and beautiful villages the length of the river. 

Other lovely towns nearby include Debenham and Framlingham, the latter famous for the Castle on the Hill (Ed Sheeran). 

The Cathedral city of Norwich, Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich are all 40 minutes away. Cambridge is a little further! The beautiful Norfolk broads, East Suffolk seaside towns and estuaries all within an hour.
